•Normally, please download Windows Driver 8.5/Mac Driver 8.5.

If the pen tablet was not recognized by the driver, please check the SN code on the back of the product.
Please use Windows Driver 6.3/Mac Driver 7.2 if:

1.The SN code starts with J4/IB.
2.The SN code starts with J6 AND ends with:
• 0001-1775
• 1777-1781
• 1790-3430
• 3464
• 3471-3490
• 3527
• 3541-3980
• 3996
